1. License to use the indicators

Subject to an active subscription, AlgoKings grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our indicators for your own trading and analysis. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer or republish the indicators or access credentials.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are sold and processed through our commerce provider, Whop. Pricing is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the policy presented at checkout.

3. No financial advice

Our indicators and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment or trading advice. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoKings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) our website or indicators.

All content, branding and indicator code on this website are the property of AlgoKings and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Changes to these Terms
